    As you can tell by its title, Jorge Cruise has dedicated his life to helping people to get rid of the fat that’s around their waistline. And with this new book he has pushed the envelope to its extreme, so that some people can lose it fast, fast, fast.

    Cruise uses Belly Fat to describe that bulge around your middle. It has other embarrassing names like pot belly, spare tire, and beer belly. Even the cute nicknames like muffin top and love handles still give people a jab in their egos. This book is for people who all-of-a-sudden are super motivated to get rid of that embarrassment, perhaps because they finally found that super attractive soul mate and now want to miraculously have a flat, sexy stomach.

    Of course there is also the chance that they’ve just seen their doctor and have been told in no uncertain terms “lose the belly or DIE!!” (Belly Fat is now known to be a very dangerous health condition, which can cause diabetes and/or heart disease.)

    No matter what the motivator, this book is a solution for losing the fat around your abdomen in a relatively short amount of time and then keeping it off for the rest of your life.

    Similar to his first two Belly Fat Cure books, Jorge Cruise says that losing weight (and losing belly fat) is not just a matter of controlling calories and eating “the right food, it is a matter of controlling your insulin level by minimizing your intake of sugar and processed carbohydrates which will lead to dramatic fat loss.

    By following his “carb swap system,” he claims you can lose about 9 pounds per week at the beginning of the diet. With this “FAST TRACK” book, he has provided a process for getting rid of almost twice as much belly fat in just the first couple of weeks (and there are testimonials to prove it).

    Overall Cruise has a very cool system that I believe is based in both science and experience. However, I found that you have to have the discipline of a track star to follow it. Unfortunately I have the discipline level that is the same as 95% or the rest of humanity (i.e. just enough to floss and brush my teeth at least once a day).

    Because of my lack of gold medal discipline, I found that I needed more help, so I turned to a supplement called Bios Life Slim. It not only completely eliminated my belly fat (lost 30+ pounds and 7 inches)… but it also worked to remove all 5 factors of metabolic syndrome (obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure). Slim even got me off of all meds, including a blood pressure med that I had been on for 25+ years. Now my doctor says that my risk of heart disease is pretty close to zero.

    Even if you don’t have a high level of discipline I still recommend that you buy this book, because Cruise has included another whole batch of EXCELLENT recipes (which is a large portion of the book). All of the ones I tried from his earlier books were great and I’m looking forward to trying as many of these as possible.
